On 20 and 21 June, Noumi in Bern and 1818 Eat & Drink in Zermatt will be hosting a unique four-hands dinner. Two chefs, two philosophies, one joint menu. Expect excitement, surprises and flavours from all over the world.
The menu features Crispy Avocado & Korean Fried Chicken, Hamachi with Strawberry & Basil, Vacio with Criolla Sauce and Daifuku Mochi, and plays with cultures, textures and emotions.
