Due to the continued uncertainty of the economic situation, Hotel Monte Rosa in Zermatt will remain losed during the winter season 2020-2021.
Reluctantly, the management of Michel Reybier Hospitality announced today that Hotel Monte Rosa in Zermatt will not open for the upcoming winter season 2020-2021. While this historic hotel temporarily closes, those guests who enjoy their time in Zermatt are welcomed with open arms at two of the other properties within the collection: Mont Cervin Palace and Schweizerhof Zermatt. Both hotels are ideally located in the heart of the mythical Valais village, just a stone's throw from Hotel Monte Rosa and perfectly equipped with spa facilities and a wide range of restaurants.
The Mont Cervin Palace is Zermatt's iconic address and has managed to preserve a warm and refined atmosphere while offering everything a guest needs in a resort. From the serenity of the Spa Nescens to the refined delights of the restaurants - there is always time for relaxation and the pleasure of living one's most beautiful mountain dreams.
Warm and daring at the same time, the Schweizerhof Zermatt twists the classic mountain codes to find the right balance between cosmopolitan lifestyle and alpine tradition. With wide and open spaces, a "show kitchen", an eclectic and delicious dining experience and a spa with indoor pool, the mountain life cannot be enjoyed in a more relaxed way.
The staff and management of Mont Cervin Palace and Schweizerhof Zermatt are already looking forward to welcoming the guests of Hotel Monte Rosa, as well as their long-time returning guests.
